More about display connecting vga signal
  1. If it used to work before, and it doesn't work now... I suspect the card went bad. Does your PC have an iGPU you can test with to be sure the monitor is OK? If so, remove the card and connect the monitor to the iGPU ports to verify the monitor is good.
    List the system specs please.

  2. Um, I don't have iGPU and I've have another monitor on but it's on HDMI and the another one that doesn't get signal, I've went in to NVIDIA Control Panel and it says it's on when it isn't

    Specs
    CPU - Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz
    2.50GHz

    Installed RAM - 6.00GB DDR3

    GPU - MSI GT 710 2GB

  3. Your motherboard doesn't have integrated video? I thought most 775 socket boards all had iGPU. Which board is it?
So, you're running 2 monitors. One to the card via VGA (analog) with no signal. and One to the card via HDMI and it doesn't get a signal either?

  4. Ohhh, it does have integrated video and the HDMI one does have signal, The motherboard is aGreyhound SKT 775.

What the heck is a "Greyhound SKT 775"? Is this a pre-built PC, like maybe an Acer?
Anyway, remove the cards and try them each individually connected to the monitor in question using HDMI.Don't leave anything connected to the iGPU port(s).

Are you testing the way I suggested? One card, one monitor? Connected HDMI?

  10. I took out the graphics card then I connected the monitor into the integrated graphics (VGA) and it worked, but it still didn't work on the graphics card.

So your GPU is dead, problem solved. I would say RMA it but that is not likely considering its age.

  12. It's not dead, because the another monitor is connected to it through HDMI and it works, but VGA doesn't..

Then your monitor is dead or the vga port is dead.

Didn't you read what I said? The monitor works on in-board graphics but it doesn't work on the graphics card.

  15. He was also saying that it is possible that the analog (VGA) output is not working on the card anymore. The card itself may be OK using the digital output(s).

Yes I did read what you said and made an unsafe assumption that you were an adult. On board graphics work off of the CPU not the GPU.You understand I am not being paid to hold your hand and walk you threw the very basics of computers.Lets hope you understand the difference between a CPU and a GPU. At any rate why not call geek squad or someone else? They may even tolerate your insolence.
