Possible dead Xeons

Hey Everyone,

To give some back story, I had an EVGA SuperNova 1600 T2 go out on me and I think it might've killed my mobo and/or two Xeons with it.

What are some ways to test if it is the mobo, the CPUs, or both that could be dead, if I don't have another mobo or CPU of the same socket to test with? I'm already going to ship my mobo out for an RMA, if there isn't anything I can do, but I just wanted to probe your collective brains to see if there might be another way before I wait on Asus to RMA my mobo and then find out if my CPUs are dead or not.
