I had all the cables how they were while using my old graphics card. I’m currently using an HDMI cable for monitor. Can anyone help me for what to do about vga no signal.

I had the same cables and monitor settings for my PC when I was using my old graphics card. I also switched to my old graphics card to see if the vga no signal would change but it still has the same issue now for both graphics cards.
