coolermaster hyper tx3 evo fan noise

I had two of these now and on both the fan been loud, starts spinning fast even though the temps are low. and gets up to 1700-1800 without much use. changed the fan to a noctua fan and that made a huge difference. idle at 800 rpm instead of 1200-1300 with the coolermaster fan and quiet under load to. The heatsink quality is not bad but the fan seems like they are very bad quality. Im wondering right now if i got two bad fans or if the quality really is that bad?

  1. The FANS on the EVO are cheaply made and not the greatest quality , Noctua are first rate.
