What should I upgrade next, and what do you recommend

I plan on getting a gtx 1060-1070. I think I most likely need to upgrade my power supply but here you go:

GeForce GTX 950 MSI Gaming 2gb Edition
Intel Core i5-3450 CPU @3.10GHz
12 Gb 1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Ram: 12gb

my PSU is 6 pin

    You are right. I would also first change power supply. 1060 is great for 1920x1080. Almost every game will be above 60 fps at highest settings. Check some benchmarks on google.
