  1. That depends on your budget. And on your PSU. Is this a pre-built PC? If so, please list the make/model.
But if it has a 300W PSU, the GTX 1050 Ti may be the best you can do. The platform is another limitation when it comes to CPU/APU upgrading.

You really don't have any upgrade options with that PC if it looks like this inside. I don't see any PCIe slot for a gfx card at all. And the specs in the above link that I sent say that the CPU is not upgrade-able.

  7. The RAM is upgradable though right? The only reason I’m asking is because I want to improve my computer’s game performance on World of Warships. I really don’t play anything else.

Yes. If you'd look at the link I sent above, you'd see this:

    Memory upgrade information

Single channel (2 DIMMs per channel) memory architecture
    Two DDR3L UDIMM (240-pin) sockets
    Supports up to PC3L-12800 (DDR3L-1600)
Supports 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB UDIMMs
Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems

Since you state that you have 6GB now, I presume you have 1 x 4GB stick and 1 x 2GB stick. The best you can do is replace the 2GB stick with another 4GB stick of the same as is in the other slot. That will max out the system at 8GB of memory.

You do have a 64bit OS, right?
