  1. If the new CPU did not help, your video card is maxed out on the settings you are using. It really depends on the games, an i5-6600 is fine for any game, you are likely at the limit unless you test the system with a 1080 card or maybe the new 1070 Ti and see if things get better.

  2. Couple things, first try and use slightly better grammar and spelling, I'm not trying to be a prick but its very hard to understand what you are asking.

Secondly what are you trying to run? 1080p 1440p 4k... 60/100/144hz etc?

  4. Yeah sorry again.i run at 1080p at 60hz.so should run smooth.i was in a hurry typing from the phone.in arkham knight i get 30-45 fpa when flying at ultra.vsync off.cpu and gpu 50-60%.when i had i5 6600 was at 100% same fps.on cod ww2.between 50-80 fps.on both i5 and i7.

  6. Have you checked your temps? Make me think you may be thermal throttling if your're not seeing any performance gains. So you say you upgraded your cpu, and your gpu?

  7. now that i upgraded to kaby lake the temp are like 75 degrees with a stock intel cooler, but from what i heard thats completely fine because kaby lake runs a little hoter than skylake in which with i5 6600 i had 55-65 degrees when gaming,my graphics card rarely even reach 99% and its even oc and stays at 60-65 tops,so theres no temp throtle,i know ddr4 is the standard now,but when i started this build i had ddr3 and no money for ddr4 and now i was focused on anything else except mo and rams, now with 12 gb of ram call of duty works perfectly but arkham knight little to no performance the stuttering is still there and is a lot,and gpu and cpu are under 60% in load.i changed my cpu like 2 days ago and gpu like 1 mo ago

The fact you're running a ddr3 board & running the slowest ddr3 there is is what's crippling performance.

    You'd see 25-30% gains running on a ddr4 board with 2400/2666mhz.

Alas, as madmatt here noted, aand running 7700K cpu on a h110 motherboard seems ill adviced as well.. AND running it on the intel stock cooler is even more ill adviced.
