SSD compatibility to asrock ab350m pro4

novice question
i recently purchased a asrock ab350 pro 4 mobo and is saw this storage support list in their site does this mean anything? can i only buy the SSDs that are listed in the list? here is the link to the list: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M%20Pro4/index.asp#Storage

    Those are tested SSD, any regular SSD or any with correct M2/NVME port will be fine. Which SSD do you want to buy?

    im still choosing but im thinking of the kingston uv400 120gb since its a cheap one is it worth? or you can recommend me anything if its okay

    im only planning to put my os to the ssd because i already have a 1tb hdd storage in my pc and also im on a tight budget right now thanks anyway
