Windows from HDD to SSD

Hello, so I decided to buy a SSD, I know that I will have to install Windows on SSD so it can run faster, the thing is I have like 23 games on HDD which has Windows installed on it, so I wanted to ask if there is a slight chance to transfer Windows from that HDD to SSD without deleting the games. Thank you very much

You can't transfer 'only the OS'.

    1. What size is this new SSD?
    2. How much total used space is on the current drive?
    3. What OS is this?
    4. What, exactly consumes the space on your current drive?

If you can get the current used space to below 200GB, you can clone the OS and whatever is left to he new SSD.
But you can't split out things during the cloning.

If you have another drive, even just borrow a temp external or something...move your Steam games off to this other drive.
Clone what is left, wipe the HDD, then move those Steam games back.

But, no, you can't move 'just the OS'.
