gpu + cpu + ram ?

Hi all !

iam trying to get the most out of my upgraded laptop by over-clocking all components which are:

i7 2760QM

Geforce GT555m

16GB 1333MHz

now how can i overclock all the listed components to max but still remain safe? also how can i make all the components work together in advance and efficiency?

any opinions will be more than appreciated.

I do not know about your particular laptop.
You have the wherewithal to try.
Get into the bios and see if you can increase the cpu multiplier.
Monitor the multiplier and vcore with cpu-z
If you can oc run a stress test and monitor the temperature.
Laptop coolers are usually minimal capability.
If your temperatures get to 85c. that is about as high as you can go.
