I7 7700k very unstable. Should try rma?

I bought for lot bucks. A worse i7 7700k of history.

It's my the most worse processor for overclock In my life.

I trying overclock with
avx (1)
Vcc Cpu pll (1.10/1.15/1.20/1.25)
Llc: 1
Cpu voltage 1.25-1.4v
Cache ratio 42x
Ratio: 46-50x
Software: prime95 last version
H105 with pushpull
Artic mx4

Temps:
max 75 with pll 1.10
Max 85 with pll 1.15
Max 95 with pll 1.20
Max 100 with pll 1.25

Already underclock memory 3300 to 3000mhz
Asrock z270 extreme4, last bios update.

All configurations my prime95 freezes!
The max i can get was for 30min 4.5ghz(avx 1) = 4.4ghz stable in 1.3v prime95 (i dont tried more of 30 min)

If I use default settings bios, my processor freeze in the prime95. Wtf it's happening? Should I try RMA with Intel?

  1. The 7700K is a very simple overclock not requiring you to adjust all that you are adjusting, some overclock guides have you adjusting BIOS settings you don't even have to change at all from auto.

It would be easier to help you if you posted your exact hardware specs besides just the motherboard being the ASRock Z270 Extreme 4, please list the exact memory modules brand and model etc., and the OP/SYS you are running as well?

My advice is to start over, clear the CMOS, choose default settings again, but this time manually set your memory speed to 2400mhz, cas 15,15,15,35 at 1.2v, and then run P95 and see what happens?

After many days and hours trying persistently.

I think I finally got a stable overclock.

What was fucking was the LLC (LoadLine Calibration). The LLC with the value 1 (Highest), was making my computer completely unstable. Maybe it's some ASROCK problem with this option.

    I am currently using:

    LLC 3
    CPU Clock 5.0ghz
    AVX -3
    Core voltage 1.39v
    PLL voltage 1.15v
    Memory XMP Profile
    FCLK 1000mhz
    CPU Cache 42x
    CPU BCLK 100mhz

    the rest is automatic.

    Tested on Prime95 v28.10
    Maximum temperature 87ºc without delid.
    Voltage in prime: 1,344v
    Core clock in prime: 4.7ghz
