Ryzen 5 1600 OC - Wraith Spire or other SFF cooler?

I was going to build a sff pc w/out liquid cooling and was wondering if I could get a good, stable, and not-too-toasty overclock on a R5 1600? I'm seeing about 3.8 on most 1600's.

Thanks for your time and help

My 1600 is running at 3.8GHz with stock cooler and no temp issue: Idle <40 and under load ~70 at most.

  4. Wow...I'm at 3.7 at 1.3v on an MSI x370 Gaming Pro Carbon. Nothing faster works no matter what voltage. Also using a stock cooler.
