Bad sectors on drive and random 100% disc usage spikes.

Randomly my disk usage will spike to 100% and freeze any program for the duration of the spike, which lasts about 3 minutes, and in HD tune it says this: http://prntscr.com/gu2azl how can I fix these sectors? If there is no possible way to fix it, could data be written on the unstable sectors causing the random freezing?

My disk usage spikes up to 100% randomly and when I have task manager open when it happens, none of the programs spike up either.

  6. You should insert a new HDD or SSD into the PC and without any wories backup the data. Then put that old HDD out and get rid of it. Your disc is pribably too old.
