Want to get pc

So, I was playing some video games last night (CSGO, Rocket League, Rainbow 6), and I noticed how slow my laptop is. My ping was 4, and my connection was stable, but my laptop couldn't keep up with the frames. So I decided to get a tower pc. I talked to my cousin and he insisted I go on this site. So, I don't want to build one just yet.

Questions:
Is this a good pc to start with? https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-ArchAngel-Computer-Desktop-FX-6300/dp/B01M3UKNVD/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1507297867&sr=8-3&keywords=skytech+archangel+gtx+1050+ti+gaming+computer

What else will I need besides the PC (mouse, keyboard)?

I wasn't rlly intending on building one. I would just like something that can get the job done while giving me crisp, smooth gameplay, I guess I want a prebuilt for now

What about those Omen ones by HP.
My cousins built their own pc, I guess I'll just build one myself then.

Make cousin plural lol. Yeah, both made their own. I don't really have a budget because I usually get the plan for what I want to buy, then save/work for the money to purchase it

CSGO, Rocket League (Steam games in General), League of Legends. Rainbow Six Siege (these are off the top of my head). Resolution? FPS? I don't really have a preference, I just want good graphics and smooth gameplay. Monitor? I do, just broken and old...
