My pc (help)

Hi guys
Thinking about buying a decent PC for some light gaming,
CPU:Intel core i7-7700k
GPU:asus geforce 1050Ti 4gb
Motherboard:MSI B150 Gaming M3
Ram:Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb
Case: Zalman Z11 mid tower
Power supply: Antec power supply 450W VP450
And lastly SSD 250gb sata 6gb/s

I want your opinion and a good cpu/processer and do you think this is good?
(Im bad at these things)
And can this run a 1080 144hz monitor?!

More about question
  1. always buy RAM in a matched pair.

amd ryzen will offer the better upgrade path, but has more issues with running games with stutter (as is evident on these forums)
intel has smaller upgrade path, but less issues with game stutter.

dont ask me why this is, its just evidence from the forum. perhaps ryzen is better, but everyone that bought one was not good at building. who knows !!!

anyhow, games like a high GHz cpu ... and if its not the current creme de la creme of games (overwatch+) then more than 4 cores is pointless (and so is hyperthreading / as overwatch is the first generation hyperthread game - debatable to my knowledge).

So ,i should buy an amd ryzen,I mean, im only playing games like CSGO ,overwatch and rocket league.AMD ryzen seems a bit expensive for me..
And ,will buying an i5-7400 be enough?

  3. i cannot comment tbh.
rocket league is a single core game ... so whatever cpu has the highest GHz will run it best. overwatch is (like i said a hyperthread 4+ core game) cpu demanding and the more cores and threads you got (with high GHz) the better it works. and csgo is a 2 core (middle of the road) game so GHz is king.

i cant decide for you, you have to look at the pro's and cons of ryzen vs intel (ryzen may have more cores / intel may have higher GHz) and decide whats most important to you.

  5. 1050ti is good, a 1060 is better, but costs more right?

    Motherboard:MSI B150 Gaming M3
    Ram:Corsair Vengeance LPX 8gb

And lastly SSD 250gb sata 6gb/s
Q1:Is it possible to upgrade each part AFTER i finish building it?

Q2:Is the power supply enough and is antec a good choice?

Q3:is the processer and the graphics card good for "these days" games

    Q4: can this run a 1080p 144z moniter?

And don't forget to tell me your opinion .

Well 1st off you will need a 200 Series chipset MB for the I7 7700K so it will work without a Bios update.

Might want to get a better PSU, that's an old unit, and only 360W on the 12V+.
