Thunderbolt 3 dock with PC - how to connect 2 monitors?

This might be a silly question, but I've been looking at Thunderbolt 3 docks with the goal of reducing the 5 or so components I plug into my laptop (a Gigabyte Aero 15) every time I sit down at my desk.

I see that most of these new Thunderbolt 3 docks have an HDMI port OR a display port, but not both. Currently I have 2 x 27" (2560x1440) monitors on my desk and they connect to my laptop via a HDMI and a mini display port.

So my question is, if I get a thunderbolt 3 dock, how do I then connect BOTH these monitors? All the docks have multiple thunderbolt ports for daisy chaining but these monitors do not seem have a thunderbolt port. And plugging one into the laptop directly kind of defeats the purpose of getting a dock.

If it helps, the monitors are an Asus MX27AQ and an Acer K272HUL.

Thanks in advance!
