Im not an expert in the field so Im gonna ask you guys here: i am looking for a decent motherboard to use with my AMD Ryzen 7 1700 - Processor 3.0 GHz (3.7 GHz Turbo) - Socket AM4. Also I was thinking of buying this G.Skill 16GB DDR4-3200 16GB DDR4 3200MHz memory module since I have no ddr4 right now.

Budget for motherboard: max 120euros

I usually use programs such as 3ds max for 3d modelling, and plus gaming, streaming

  3. Pretty much identical boards with a few points going for the Asus board being better value...

The RAM should be compatible. You can recheck with the motherboard QVL list just to be sure.

  6. I can't quite understand what to look at in that page. I see DDR4 lists with different numbers (for example DDR4 2133 - 2400 - etc Qualified Vendors List (QVL) )

  7. On the DDR4 memory list, first search for the brand(GSkill), then for the size(16gb - 2x8gb), then for the speed(DOCP2666/SPD2133), then for part no.(eg: F4-3200C16D-16GVKB). The part no. should be there on the particular GSkill kit you have chosen.
But dont worry if you cant find it, as it should ideally work fine. QVL list shows only those kits which have been tested with the board. They cannot test all possible kits.

  9. Get the Pro Carbon if you get it around that price. Its better than all the above, specially if you are planning some extreme clocks.
