  1. whichever is cheapest and has dual fans. get the cheapest dual fan card. performance will be near identical. I have owned both brands and both brands are good. I prefer a 2 fan cooler, if a fan should fail the card can limp along until the replacement cooler/card arrives. 2 fans can spin slower and move more air than a single, equates to a quieter card but the 1050ti is a cool card anyway.

only 1.14 inches longer than a stock 1050ti at 5.71 inches. if the case has the inch+ I suggest it and as I said the 1050ti is a cool running card so its a matter of preference. either will do and do well.

  5. 11 inches (280mm) is the number to stay under. none of the 1050ti cards are that long that I know of. you can get literally any 1050ti and it will fit in that case. you can get a dual fan with no issues.

information on case from the review here
