RGB Issue with AX370 Gaming 5 & Aorus 1070

Sorry not sure if post this at a right place or not. Please forgive me If i have not.

Recently built PC with AX370 gaming 5 with Aorus 1070 8GB. I have download the Gigabyte RGB Fusion app and the Aorus Graphics engine app. The problem that I have is that some time RGB of motherboard doesnt work it stuck at red and need to reboot few times to make it start changing colour. But when it start working it would just be cycling through colours but the rgb fusion app's lighting effect will not work on motherboard but changes the graphics card instead so now both app that I install only can change the lighting effect and colour of graphics card but nothing happens to the motherboard.

I have no idea of how to fix this, there is not much to research as well.

Please help me I just want to make my new pc working 100%

  1. Perhaps contact Gigabyte Tech Support.

It looks like the RGB Fusion App supports more than just the motherboard, so maybe you don't need the Auros Graphics engine app? (at least not for messing with color)
    https://www.gigabyte.com/mb/rgb/

Could they be interfering with each other?

Maybe try deleting the Aoros Graphics App and see what happens. (or right-click it in the System tray in lower-right and stop/exit it so it should no longer be active)

the only reason that i install the graphics engine is because it has more feature than just colour change, for example has different modes and adjustable fan speed. And it doesn;t work when i shut down the graphic engine app
