AM3+ motherboards supporting custom P-States?

Do exist AM3+ motherboards supporting custom P-States?
I know the possibility of setting the p-states by using AMDMsrTweaker, but what about changing the values directly in BIOS?
Thank you all,

More about am3 motherboards supporting custom states
  1. Only AM3+ users can answer this question.
If any of them answer it, you can look motherboard manuals from manufacturer websites if they support custom P states or not.
