Which motherboard do I need or what should I do?

So I'm new with computers and I'm trying to build my first one. So right now I have Intel Boxed Core I7-6700 FC-LGA14C 3.40 GHz 8 M Processor Cache 4 LGA 1151 BX80662I76700 processor, and a Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR3 1600MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory 1.5V RAM. What kind of motherboard would I need, if any, or would I need a different processor or RAM?

You ram will be clocked down due to lower voltage on MB.

  2. You will need ddr4 RAM and an lga 1151 motherboard such as b150/b250, H170/H270, h110. A z170 or z270 motherboard would work too but your processor can't overclock so you will be paying for features you can't use.

  4. The Corsair - Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory operating voltage of 1.5V exceeds the Intel Skylake CPU recommended maximum of 1.35V+5% (1.417V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.35V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum.

I suggest you get new fast ddr4 ram with this build:
