GPU Artifacts after 1 mhz oc?

What's up,

So I have been running a 1100 mhz core clock and 1300 mhz memory clock on my HD 7950,
I updated to windows 10, installed the new AMD drivers and my oc got reset.
But for some reason, I can't overclock my card anymore.
If I go 1 mhz up on the core or memory clock, artifacts start straight away.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you tried going back to the previous driver revision? There may be in issue with that driver release and you will have to wait till it gets fixed. Since the 7950 is an older card for AMD, it may take them a little longer to fix the driver (could be next release and not a hotfix) than it would if it was Polaris or Vega.
