Gigabyte h81m-s2v ok for stock clock gaming?

I have a Gigabyte h81m-s2v with an I5 4460 and GTX 970. I'm just wondering if this motherboard is suitable for sustained gaming sessions? (thinking temperatures/vrms etc).

It seems to be holding up ok so far and I would rather not buy a new one if I don't have to.

PS: I have no intention of overclocking anything.

    Yes. That motherboard does have a pretty crappy 3 phase VRM but the 4460 is not going to be asking a lot from it. I am sure it is perfectly capable of handling a 4460. I certainly don't think it's worth replacing.
