  1. 2133 MHz is the default RAM speed for Ryzen.
You need to overclock the RAM to make it go any faster. The manual for your motherboard says that RAM can be clocked in "Advanced" mode of the UEFI.
You might have to set the timings manually and adjust the RAM voltage as well. If you're lucky you will even get it to run as fast as 3200 MHz, but don't cout on it.

  2. I turn on D.O.C.P 3200, but after each restart or shutting down system restart for several times and then its back to 2133. What is problem?

  3. Try 2933 to see if it can work.

May need to boost the SoC Voltage to see if that helps. Also, check settings such as power saving features to make sure they are disabled.

  4. You most likely have to set the timings manually as well, and do go with the higher timings and voltage from the RAM's XMP profile instead of the low timings used for 2,133 MHz.
My "3200 MHz" RAM would only do 2933 until the last UEFI version, now I can run it at 3,066 MHz.
