Did you enable X4 speed in BIOS or is it still in X2?

Go to: BIOS > Advanced Menu > Onboard Devices Configuration > M.2_2 PCIe Bandwidth Configuration

    Then choose [X4] (not [X2]).

[X2] mode will run the M.2_2 slot in PCIe3.0 x2 speeds and will have SATA6G_56 still enabled for use
[X4] mode will run the M.2_2 slot in full PCIe3.0 x4 speeds and will disable the SATA6G_56 ports

Thanks man! I switched the two sata cables from 56 to 34 then did what as you instructed now windows boots ultra quick and ssd is operating at max potential.
