GPU Not detected by Motherboard (No display from gpu)

So I've been having this error for about 3 weeks now and it's getting rather frustrating.

My motherboard is the Msi m110h gaming edition and it's not detecting any gpu. When I go into the bios I make sure that the primary boot is peg, i look onto the device manager (with on board graphics) and it does not detect the gpu, however, when I look into the pc, the fans on the gpu are spinning and seems like it's not the motherboard fault itself, or this is what I'm thinking.

But here's the twist. I've tried about 3 different gpus on this motherboard but every time it's been the same fault. Fans spinning but no display. I've used an rx 460 windforce oc 2gb, gtx 750 to evga sc, and recently (what I have now) rx 460 sapphire 2gb. (Bare in mind these graphics cards do not have pcie pin slots on them)

Everything seems to work perfectly with the motherboard though, it defects the cpu, the ram, the power cables, the fans etc, even the gpu fan, But it does not display the image?

I've also used multiple monitors to see if it was a monitor or even cable fault but the same conclusion always happened.

Does anyone know a solution for this?

My specs:

8gb ddr4 hyper x fury ram
Rx 460 sapphire 2gb
I5 6400
MSI H110H Gaming
550w psu

  1. Here is a 550 watt power supply rated at 25 amps on +12v rail or 300 watts. Much of the wattage is placed on +5v and +3.3v rails where it is not needed.

No name generic or cheap low-end models like the one listed above are not recommended.

Video card system requirements is 400 watts or greater.

  2. I did get a generic 550w psu with the case. It's lmb power? Psu x550

What is the best recommended psu? With a budget of around £60 at most.

Also, just to put it out there, my first gpu (rd 460 2gb wf2) was working perfectly until one saying decided not to work with this consistent fault
