System Panel Connectors don't work

I recently purchased a ryzen 3 1200 and a asus prime b350-plus to go along with it. I also bought a coolermaster masterbox lite 5. I have everything hooked on, and everything lights up. However, the power button doesn't work, along with all the other connectors. I followed the manual and tried every combination possible, but the button just doesn't work. Please help me to fix this.

I have included some pictures to maybe help you see the situation.

EDIT: When I plugged the power_SW in the topmost 2 pins of the 3 pins left to the System Panel Connector and I hold the power button, it starts but doesn't give any video, and when I release the button it immediately shuts off.

More about system panel connectors work
  1. Your picture definitely doesn't match what's in the user manual for the b350-plus.

In the manual manual page 1-4, the top row, leftmost two pins are power led + and - in that order.
The next two are Power switch
then theres an empty space with the 4 right side pins (top row still) being for the case speaker in you have one.

Botton row left to right is: HDD led + then -, two for Reset switch, a no connection pin, power led+. space, power led- , then two more spaces.

Rememberr, the power swtich and reset switch can go on either way, they just short the two pins together.
Led's have polarity and the cable connector with the + on it must connect to the matching + on the motherbd.

Sorry it didn't match up. It was the last thing I had tried before I gave up because I just couldn't get it to work. Even though it didn't work the first couple of times, I will try to give it another shot. If this still doesn't work, what do I do then?
