Another No Display on Boot Issue

I have a new build, and it's not showing anything on my monitor, even though it seems to be booting correctly.

Specs:
Asus P5N-D
E2160/Q9450 (both tried)
8gb Hynix 800mhz DDR2/2gb generic 667mhz DDR2 (both tried)
HD 7870/R9 270 (both tried)
Cheapo 480w PSU/ 500w 80+ rated PSU (both tried)
Acer 1080p 60hz monitor

All parts except motherboard are confirmed working.

Upon boot, the fans on the graphics card and cpu fan will spin, but the monitor will detect no input. I've tried all the steps in the "PERFORM THESE STEPS before posting about POST/boot/no video problems!" thread, to no avail. It looks like something is wrong with the motherboard, so I think I'll have to return it. I just wanted to see if there's anything I could've missed that would cause this issue apart from a faulty motherboard.
