Is it possible to overclock a i5 4570 on a h97 motherboard?

I've heard that you can do this, but I dont know if its possible as a H97 motherboard is not meant to support overclocking and a non 'K' processor is not able to either. If you need specifics, I have the ASrock fatality H97 killer motherboard.
