PC won't turn on after unplugged for two days

Hi all,
We had a hurricane coming to my country so I took my necessary precautions and unplugged my two pc's. After the danger passed, turned on my main one, saw the boot screen and went to other room to turn on the other one, but when i came back the main one was off. MB will show the LED but when the power is pressed nothing happens.
This is what i've done so far:

  • Took it out of the case and only plugged in the GPU and CPU.
  • Tested two PSU's
  • Tested a different power button
  • Tested all the rams and CPU in my second PC
  • Tested two CPU's
  • Tested different Ram in all slots

Here is an interesting thing: I Tried clearing CMOS by Jumper and shorting the battery pins, it turned on and I was able to get into the bios for around 30 mins. Reseted it and was able to go into the bios again. Went to assemble everything again into the case and when I tried to turn it on, nothing happened

Part List:
  • ASUS Pro Gaming Aura
  • FX 8350 (also tested 6350)
  • 2x4gb Gskill Sniper
  • 2x4gb Kingston HyperX
  • EVGA 750 G2 gold (also tested EVGA 750 BQ bronze)
