Choose your operating system from the dropdown box near the top of the page where it says "Please Select OS". If you have Windows 10 64 bit, choose that. If you have Windows 7 32 bit, choose that, or whatever operating system you have, choose it. Once you have done that a list of all available downloads will appear on the page. Scroll down to the heading which says "Utilities". There you will see the Aura software listed. There is a blue button which says "Download". When you click that button it will initiate a download. The file it will download is a zipped file, so myou will have to save it on your computer. Once it is downloaded, you will have to extract the zipped file by double clicking the file and then from the Explorer window that opens select "Extract All" at the top. Once it is extracted, you will have to run the .exe file to install the software.

You would do well to learn how to do this; the basic process of downloading and installing software is virtually the same no matter what you are doing, and more and more nowadays this is how software will be delivered. You will have to be proactive in getting things like driver updates or BIOS updates, at least as far as finding things from support sections of websites and installing them.

I've gotten there before but I don't know which version in utilities to download(version 1.05.11, version 1.05.16 etc) In the descriptions in the downloads it says stuff like "solves peripherals led control overwrite memory software...".Btw I have windows 10 64bit.

When I go there and put in Windows 10 64 bit, I see only one choice for the Aura software, version 1.05.22. That is the newest version. Use that one. The information it lists tells you what bugs have been fixed in that version since the prior version. Only if you click the words that say "See All Downloads" will you see more than the most recent version. I count a total of 6 versions there, but you only need the newest one, as any earlier version won't have all the bug fixes.
