Do bent pins on Motherboard prevent signal being sent from GPU?

I just built a new PC the mother board is a ASUS strix b250f and i cant get ANY signal. The fans are working, the LED lights are on, just the display

hes an image of the pins. i need confirmation this is the problem

How do i go around fixing this sort of thing if yes? and what else could be preventing my pc to give a display?

Those are pretty bad looking motherboard i suggest you to change it i dont think you can arrange all those pins in there position and yes you are not getting any signal because of that.
you should change the MB it can damage the CPU too

When it was sent to me. The cover was off and the pins were already bent. Is there any chance for a replacement from manufacturer?
