Msi board won't recognize m.2 ssd

Hello, could use some help. Bought an Samsung 960 evo m.2 ssd. I mounted it to my Msi x99s Gaming 7 board, it seems it won't recognize my ssd. Any thoughts?

  1. NVME SSDs do not appear within the BIOS until Windows creates the system partition with the EFI Boot Sector. Your M.2 SSD contains UEFI driver information within the firmware. By disabling the CSM module Windows will read and utilize the M.2-specific UEFI driver.
