Amber light from power button

My specs:
ASUS nVIDIA GT 730 4GB
i2 q9650
4 GB RAM X1
250GB HDD
ASUS P5G41T-ML X MB
TECNOWARE FreeSilent 520W PSU

1 week ago my PC had shut down by itself. when i tried to boot it, GPU and CPU fans spinned faster than usually, noise came from HDD (like it was copying something), MB didn't make any sounds (even without RAM) light yellow near power button but no display. i knew it was the PSU, i had wanted to change since august. after i bought this new PSU, everything was fine, except 1 thing. Near the button was an amber light, not a green one. From my knowledge, this means there's an electricity problem. However, in BIOS was green. And: I let the PC un-touched for 20 minutes, the light was green. if i tried to do something (browsing, gaming), light turned into amber, and pc closed every time.

What have i done:
removing the gpu - using the integrated card - no effect
trying another ram - no effect
trying another cmos - no effect
trying another HDD (bSOD) - no effect (myine kinda makes some noise when i even enter into folders. after 20 mins of afk and a green light, if i open a folder it beomes amber. if i'm on net (only 1 min, cause then it crashes) it's amber)
so i thought it's the MB. but if i remove the RAM it beeps, so i know it can't be broken. i checked the cpu pins, they are ok. the mb looks ok.
the pc it's not dusty.

i want to mention that my old PSU was a 450w, currently it has 520w, so it should be powerful.

any ideas?
