Ryzen 3 and asrock board cycling

The pc just cycles on for 5-10 seconds and then turns of. Never get a post or a video display.
It booted the first time. I was able to get into BIOS where I realized only one of my ram sticks was recognized.
I turned it off and tried switching to the other two dimm slots and then it just power cycled. After I switched the sticks back it continued cycling.
Now no matter how many ram combinations I try it won't post.

I realized when I switch the dimms the first time the pc was off but the power supply switch was still on. I'm hoping I didn't fry something somewhere on the board or short it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much
