Asus CPU Fan Error

I recently been getting CPU Fan Error when booting up my computer.

My Current Build

Graphic Card - XFX Radeon RX 580 8GB
Processor - AMD FX-8350
RAM - EVGA 8GB 2x4GB 2133
HDD - Samsung EVO 850 250GB
1TB Barracuda 3.5 Drive
CPU Cooler - Corsair H60

OS - Window 10 64 Bit

I Have the H60 CPU Cover plugged into the CPU Fan, and then i try to plug it intot he CPU Pump too but keep receiving the error, im not sure what to exactly do. When I run the setup it boot back up and the H60 is running correctly

Thank you

  1. In the Bios, set the CPU fan speed to 100% or what ever is the max for your board. If you have Corsair Link installed you can also set the CPU fan monitor to ignore if you already have CPU fan set to max and are still getting the error.

  2. A fan should be connected to the cpu fan header. connect the pump to the AIO_pump header and the fan to the cpu _fan header and not the cpu_opt header below that.
