So brother, if i upgrade to a 1060, then its ok right?? Gpu and cpu would be 100 percent used while gaming? No bottleneck with my cpu??
I doubt any card will let you maintain 60 fps in BF1 at Ultra settings @ 1080p with the Q9650. But you'll get smooth gameplay at 30-50 fps. If you back off enough on settings, you'll probably be able to, however.
The 4GB GTX 1050 Ti would probably be preferred over the 3GB GTX 1060, in all honesty, since the CPU is the weak link. The extra VRAM will probably be more important in that situation.
FIFA 18 I don't know because I don't play esports. But most esports games don't demand much in the way of hardware.
Google "BF1 Q9650 GTX 1060" and check out some of the gameplay videos. The do the same for the GTX 1050 Ti. Then you'll get a better idea.
