MSI B350 Tomahawk VS. Asus B350-F ROG Strix?
Trying to decide on a motherboard for my first ever pc build. Also, from where I'm buying, the tomahawk costs about 10~20$ more than the Strix.
The ASUS is a higher end motherboard. Normally the Tomahawk is the cheaper of the two.
- USB 3.1 Gen 2 vs USB 3.1 Gen 1
- 2 RGB Headers
- More PCIe 3.0 x16 slots
- Much higher quality built in audio plus Optical Audio jack
Overclocking experience with CPU and RAM should be similar between the two.
I could only see buying the Tomahawk if you need regular old PCI slots or PS/2 ports.
