You'll have to narrow down the fault. Read this guide.
You don't have to fully breadboard your system, but strip it to minimal and work from there. See if you can figure out what is causing the problems.
Thank you for your answer, i've breadboard my system. and its the motherboard that failed. the bios wont load. ive return it for service it because its still on warranty. its weird because the system was running fine before. and suddenly the bios wont load. they change the bios chips and its working again. the last bios i use before crash is f7. wonder if its bios related bug.
