Asrock X370 Taichi P-state Overclocking Config

New to ryzen here.. I've been OC'in my 1600 using fixed voltage in the X370 Taichi. Now I've read that this mobo actually supports P-state overclocking, but I think I don't undesrtand how to do it.

Any directions on where in the bios should I found this feature and how to set one up? Thanks!

edit: I'm on 3.10 BIOS
