  1. What monitor specs do you have? Because at that budget you'll easily be able to game at 1440p 144Hz high settings etc.

All are extremely high quality components. And noise levels will be very low as well.

With this rig you could end up aiming to game at 1440p 144Hz+ easily. Perhaps save up for a G-sync 1440p monitor at 144Hz+ for an incredible experience. My monitor is the DELL S2417DG for just over £300. So smooth and crisp

    For 1440p 144Hz he needs GTX1080Ti SLI.
    For 1440p 75Hz GTX1080Ti will be good.
GTX1080Ti SLI can only possibly do 75Hz on 4K with newer intense Titles.
For single GTX1080Ti 1080p is good to game on if OP don't want to upgrade hardware regularly.
As OP already has 1080p monitor it is good to make use of it for few more years. By then there will video cards which can support 1440p at 144hz or 4K at 75Hz without the requirement of SLI. Upgrading in future is a better option.

It will be out in a month. Depending in which country you are it will take 1-2months to be available in local stores. If in US, UK, Australia, Germany, India etc. You will get as soon as it launches(5th Oct)
