Ryzen 5 1600X / Asrock AB350 Pro 4 Build Crash Dota 2 and battlefield 1 Please help

my build

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X
Mobo: Asrock AB350 PRO 4
RAM: Gloway GameX 2x4 2400mhz
GPU: Asus Strix 960 4GB
PSU: 600W 80+ Dazumba


My problem is, When im playing Dota 2 And battlefield 1, The game is still on but its crash, i stil can hear the game sound when im clicking the mouse and keyboard, But i can run the witcher 3 and gta v normally, Im already update bios to 3.0 and im already download amd chipset and nvidia driver. The windows working well :(

What should i do? now i cant play Dota 2 and Bf1 :(

  1. Try running CCleaner and doing the Clean and registry portions both. Might be software conflicts or registry errors.
    If no joy, try running DDU from safe mode and have it remove any AMD and Nvidia drivers and other crap it finds. Reboot and install the latest driver for your card and OS.

    If still no joy, you might try checking for poorly written malware.

    Looks like folks on there with Nvidia cards were having those issues, so I'm guessing it's related to that.

    I've never heard of that power supply before, so maybe it's giving issues? Not sure. Usually I like to stick with PSU's from EVGA or Corsair.

    Before using ryzen 5 1600X, Im using FX 6300 with those PSU, Its working fine to me and my other friends, but after ill run memtest, this is the result,

    If you have more than 1 stick of ram, try running memtest on only 1 stick at a time, and see if it works better with the one reported working.

    i have change my rams, and now my PC running well, Thanks to all of you XD
