Water cooler pump broken?

I have bought a Arctic accelero hybrid iii-120, yesterday installed it and the fans work but the pump dont, I have 50 ish degrees regardless of fan speed and the pump doesnt sound or vibrate. I have connected the pump with a molex adapter to the psu. Both tubes from the cooler is cold ( the water ).
Any ideas?

I get 50 degrees stable when i'm just browsing the internet but as soon as I start a game it jumps to 95 in about 2 seconds

Don't tell somebody to hit the freaking PUMP.
Return it for a refund or a new unit.

  5. I refunded it for a cpu cooler and some extra cash (they didnt have a gpu cooler in stock), I have fastened the cpu cooler with zip ties to the gpu and im getting 30 degrees in idle temps. The temp is still pretty volatile, under 100 load it goes to 80 degrees but then when I quit the program it goes back to 30 pretty instantly

  7. Actually tapping the pump itself is a recommended solution. This should be done in conjunction while rotating the radiator (unmounting from case, first).

This is to attempt to dislodge any air bubbles that might be causing a pump airlock.

So, sorry to tell you, but yes, you can tap or bump the pump.

  8. I tightened the zip ties from the cooler and know I get approx 36 degrees when playing games ( PUBG ). This was when my system was newly booted so my temps will probably be higher later.
