Reduced performance using TRIXX!!!

I am using MSI Afterburner for OC my GPU Nitro+RX 570 but when using TRIXX there is a significant amount of reduction in performance.
PSU: 620W Seasonic
My MSI AB settings
+96mv(1.243V)MAX
1480 C.Clock
2100 B.Clock
Got Fire strike Graphic score 14649
Using same setting except mv to 196(1.345V)MAX gets only 14054 as my score can you guys help me figure out the problem does providing more volts give more headroom for overclocking?
Is TRIXX better than MSI AB?
Why is there a performance reduction?

More about reduced performance trixx
  1. A GPUs which see reduced performance on an overclock is usually the result of a bad overclock. More power doesn't mean its more stable. As for TRIXX vs AFTERBURNER, msi afterburner has been the gold standard in gpu overclocking for about a decade. I've never heard of trixx or any other gpu overclocking tool being as well respected or as widely used, the evga gpu overclocking utility (precision) is the only one I've heard of which does a good job, however it's literally a line for line duplicate of an older version of Afterburner (they just reskinned it much to MSI's displeasure)

I thought that the 96mv is restricting the GPU so if i increased the mv beyond 100mv i would reach 1500Mhz stable core clock am i wrong or is it possible since my board supports upto +200mv
