Can I install a graphics card with integrated graphics?

I recently bought this pc https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6rxJJx But it does not run games like Player unknowns battlegrounds and I am thinking of buying and installing this graphics card https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-GV-N75TWF2OC-4GI-Graphics-Cards/dp/B013WAL3AU/ref=sr_1_12?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1504039430&sr=1-12&keywords=graphics%2Bcard&th=1 Will this work with my pc and will I need a better power supply?

Yes it will work and no you don't need a new power supply. But I would recommend the GTX 1050 instead of that 750 Ti. The 1050 is faster for only $3 more. https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Support-Graphics-02G-P4-6150-KR/dp/B01M9FD3PC/ref=sr_1_11?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1504040731&sr=1-11&keywords=gtx+1050

So the 1050 would be able to run games at better fps and would work with my case and power supply and cpu?

Yep. If you run into any issues installing it or getting things going just come back here.

  4. I just noticed the 750 Ti is 4GB, but I will say that it will not make it faster or better than the GTX 1050 2GB. If you want a 4GB GPU I'd recommend the GTX 1050 Ti, it would be a better option if you can afford it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M4KGTNI/?tag=pcpapi-20

  6. Yes it will run PUBG, but you may still experience some lag due to your CPU. Here's a similar system playing PUBG https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RPgc5tVXp-8

I decided on getting the 1050 ti but there is one with one fan and one with two. Which one would work best?

    One fan card: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M4KGTNI?tag=tomshardware_forum_vgl-20&th=1

    Two fan card: https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Windforce-128-bit-Graphic-GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD/dp/B01M6Y671T/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1504542623&sr=1-3&keywords=gtx+1050+ti

  9. They would both work, just the 2 fan model would stay cooler and it is like 38MHz faster (that's not much) maybe +1fps difference.

I dont have many fans in my pc so would the 2 fan model work better or should I just get the one fan?
