Memory overclocking BSOD

Hey guys, Needing some help here on what is going on with my memory overclock.
I've been at this awhile, doing my research on overclocking guides and such but I can't seem to get my memory to run at advertised speeds without a BSOD. Reliability Monitor is saying hardware error with code 144. To clarify, sometimes I am able to post and load into windows, but will BSOD when I launch a game. CPU-Z is also reading my clock at 1066 Mhz although in bios it says 2133. I'm fairly certain that I am changing the correct settings in my bios while finding what guides I can but no success. Hopefully someone here can guide me. Thanks in advance.
