Ryzen 5 overclock settings revert back to default in Windows 10 after reboot but shows OC in BIOS?

Hello,

I recently built a pc.
I've set the overclock to 3.9
I was able to stress test and benchmark, etc.
But after I shut down and turn back on, the computer reboot a couple of times, and when I log in, cpu-z and ryzen master shows that the cpu reverted back to 3.6. But when I checked the BIOS, it has 3.9.
I've updated all of the drivers, etc.
Here's my built:
MSI b350 gaming plus
Ryzen 5 1600x
Corsair Ram.
Does anybody know what do I have to set in the BIOS and/or Windows so the Overclock will not revert back?

Thanks.

It is at the current BIOS available on MSI's site. Do you know if there is any other setting that I need to set in BIOS/Windows?
