Stable overclock with reboot error?!?

I have overclocked my 7700k to 4.8 ghz using this guide https://view.joomag.com/gigabyte-z270-overclocking-guide-gigabyte-200-series-overclocking-guide/0767815001483933769

I followed every step in the advanced guide and overclocked to 4.8. Afterwards I did a stress test for a couple hours using the program the guide told me to download and it passed. Even played some games and it ran just awesome. Temps were in an acceptable area and everything.

The only time I have a problem is when I restart my computer. When I reboot I get this message. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/252976579725099008/350119892055228417/20170823_222841.jpg

When this happens I just go back into my bios and load back up my overclock profile save and exit. Then it reboots and works. I'm not sure how to fix this problem.

Here are my pc specs

I7 7700k 4.8 ghz
16gb ddr4 3000mhz evga
Corsair h60 cpu cooler
Gtx 1080 ti gigabyte extreme edition
Gigabyte z270XUD3 mobo
Evga 750 watt g2 power supply
480gb ssd Intel. 1T hybrid

  1. Have you tried upgrading your BIOS?

  2. I'm actually not sure if I did or not. I put in the CD that came with my mobo and installed the programs on it. It came with an app center and I believe I updated the bios with that. Or should I go on the actual gigabyte website. I haven't gone on the site and downloaded anything
