Can't overclock system at all.

Cpu :Fx4100
Mobo :GA-78LMT-USB3 rev 6
Gpu :MSI R9 380
Ram :Corsiar vengeance 1600mhz ddr3
Cooler :Cooler master seidon 120v
PSU :xfx pro 550w

I just changed my motherboard to the GA-78LMT-USB3 and I cant overclock what so ever without getting this message "Last Setting in Bios setup may not coincide with with current H/W States"

For instance my ram which is rated at 1600mhz, I cant even set it to 1600 without getting this message and not being able to boot.
Any ideas?

  10. 1.5v is max AMD recommends but I pushed my 6350 over 1.55 without any ill effects. Once you get it going you can try lower later on.

I don't know if that RAM can OC but if it could it would also need higher voltage. 1.65v should be enough."Natural" frequency for IMC in that processor is 1866MHz.
