Overclock ASUS ROG Strix 1060 non-OC

I got the non-OC version just because the OC was out of stock. I've watched a couple of tutorials but i still don't know what to change in GPU Tweak II. How far can i go without frying the gpu?

  1. Overclock GPU may cause some damage.
If you don't know anything about that, and your card is base, don't change any setting of your card.
Because stock setting still good. Some change don't make clearly feeling.
As I know, Asus card has auto function, that allow your card auto overclock itself.

  3. There is absolutely nothing in the stock bios that will allow you to hurt that GPU. Slide the power limit all the way up, increase the voltage slider all the way up, and start bumping the core up. Once you find a core clock that you're happy with, and that's stable, then start bumping memory up. Rinse and repeat.

Using a benchmark to test stability can give a pretty decent feel for what's going to work, and what won't. Unigine Superposition 1080 extreme, FS Ultra graphics test 1 and 2...I prefer the latter.
